The Financial Planning Executive role is an investigative one which involves supporting Financial Planners with the analysing of data and the drafting of financial reports that shape advice for our clients. Some people new to this role have never worked in the industry and can start as an assistant and progress on to be an executive. Employees are trained on the job and work alongside some of the best financial advisers in the UK.

Are you heading straight to London to start your career in finance? Or perhaps you already work in the city? Our London office are currently recruiting for people who are looking for a career in paraplanning. Our office is in London Paddington Train Station and headed up by Financial Planning Director Lewis Baxter. We currently have a diverse team of 6 at varying levels in their career and we are actively seeking to recruit more women.
We are keen to hire a paraplanning manager to train, organise and care for one of the most important sides of our business, our team of paraplanners. Our leadership team want to find someone who thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment and values the importance of staff wellbeing. Currently our paraplanning team are being managed by the advisers they support. As the business grows it is becoming increasingly important that we have someone that sits at the centre of the company to lead what is a very dedicated and humble team of around 10 paraplanners, at varying levels of seniority, and 5 finance interns. This team is spread across our two offices in London and Bath. This will benefit our clients as this person has the autonomy to improve processes and service levels, it will mean financial planners as can focus their efforts on what they do best and love: advising clients, and it means our paraplanning team have someone dedicated to their development and growth.
