Putting clients at the centre of our business

Unividual has progressed from being a small family-run company to one of the largest, privately-owned Chartered Financial Planning firms in the UK. We have strengthened our leadership team so Unividual can navigate our complex and highly regulated industry. The Leadership Board take a centralised approach to key decision making. The chain of command is clear cut and key decisions are made by just one or two entities and then pushed out from the centre of the business. This gives staff the tools and direction they need to empower them in their everyday role. Our clients sit at the heart of our organisation, with our leaders spreading Unividual’s vision outwards. This means our people can be more productive because our environment has fewer hierarchical related pressures. This structure also enables us to foster free-flowing communication and information between different parts of Unividual. This makes Unividual quick to adapt to change, a crucial quality in financial services. It also cultivates innovation and with all of Unividual’s divisions part of the same whole, working towards our common goals, Unividual has been able to maintain its carefully curated culture whilst growing.
