I’m The Only Director Of My Own company. Do I Need An Automatic Enrolment Provision In Place?

The Pensions Regulator specifies that if someone is a single director with no other staff working in the business, the limited company does not need to have an auto enrolment provision in place.  If this is the case, you should make the Pensions Regulator aware that you are not classed as an employer.
