Unividual is a financial advisory business like no other. We provide financial planning to people and businesses across all areas of their finances. There is now 26 of us in the Unividual family, divided across our Bath and London offices and this position is based in our Bath office. Finance Placement Role, Bath

This is a great experience for someone looking to gain industry knowledge in the financial services sector. You will be working alongside and mentored by a Unividual Financial Planner. You will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks that enhances the client experience when working with Unividual. This will include but is not limited to:

– Undertake research work on financial plans

– Write letters and emails to clients and product providers

– Answer incoming phone calls

– Meet and greet visitors to the office, including clients for meetings

– Organise outgoing and incoming post and scan documents on to client records

– Printing and compiling client meeting and marketing packs

– Ensure all compliance paperwork is in order

– Liaising and chasing product providers on behalf of clients

– Checking and sending off application forms

Training will be provided for all the above tasks alongside your own dedicated mentor.
