Working with a financial adviser is a big decision as there are so many horror stories
We contacted Simon Jones after a conversation my wife had with one of his clients. We had been thinking for some time about our future plans. With me just turning 60 we felt the time was right to take the plunge and get some professional guidance on retirement planning, a big decision as there are so many horror stories out there.
What was your experience of using financial advisers?
My wife got in touch and from the moment we first spoke to Simon, albeit on a zoom call as all this had taken place during Covid, we both felt that we had made the right decision. Simon Jones put us at ease, and at our own pace he talked us through what he and Unividual could do for us.
