Contract: Permanent from January 2022
Working Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Unividual is a growing, progressive financial advice business with offices in Bath and London. We have created a new position in the business for an HR & Diversity Manager and are looking for someone experienced and passionate to take on this wide and varied role within the operations team.
You will have the opportunity to shape the role as your own whilst implementing effective people strategies that will complement the direction of growth that Unividual is working towards. We are looking for someone to achieve this by building strong and trusting working relationships at all levels of the organisation to ensure Unividual has a happy and productive workplace, underpinned by our corporate values.
This position would be perfect for someone looking for a wide and varied role. The HR function of the business is currently being performed by Unividual’s Strategy and Marketing Director, who you will work alongside. The company now has 25 members of staff across two offices in Bath and London and there is just too much for one person to do now. They will give you the tools and confidence to take over the management of HR and all the administration that comes with it. You will also take over responsibilities in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, building employee relations and engagement and recruiting for Unividual’s in-house financial training school, Unicademy. You will also be strongly encouraged to bring your own ideas – using your background, experience and skills – to shape the people and HR function of the business.
